Pradeep Paranjothi is a highly experienced Data & Analytics Leader with over 16 years of experience in the data to decisions journey. He has a dual degree in engineering and MBA from premier institutes in India - College of Engineering Guindy (CEG), Chennai and SP Jain Institute of Management of Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai. Pradeep has significant international experience, having worked for multinational clients in several countries such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Germany, United Kingdom, and United States. Pradeep's experience spans Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), Data Sciences & Machine Learning(ML). He has hands-on experience in implementing machine learning algorithms and has been in predictive analytics/data science/machine learning for the past 8 years. In Phase 1 of his career, Pradeep focused on descriptive analytics where his focus was to design, architect, and implement Data Warehousing/ Master Data Management/ Business Intelligence solutions. In Phase 2 of his career, he has been in predictive analytics/data science/machine learning. Pradeep has worked across several capacities, including Solution Architecture, Delivery, IT Consulting, Business Partnering, Business Analysis, Presales, and Leadership. He has knowledge of multiple domains, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, and Hi-Tech domains. He has significant experience in Consumer Packaged Goods/Retail domain driving business impact for global clients. Currently, Pradeep is the Senior Manager - Data Sciences & Advanced Analytics at VMware, where he leads the Corporate Services Team, providing analytics & insights to various business functions. He has also worked as a Manager and Lead Business Analyst - Data Sciences and Advanced Analytics at VMware. Pradeep's education history includes a PGPM from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, an Advanced Program in Information Management from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a B.Tech in Information Technology and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. He also has a background in Maths and Science from Immaculate Matric School and GKD Matric School. Pradeep's technical skills include ML, Senior Software Engineering, Data Science, Research Science, and NLP.
